Each coil is subjected to the following tests:

• Dimensional check
• Ohmic resistance test
• Surge comparison test
• High voltage test
• Coils above 5000Volts are tested for tan-delta as per IEC standard 60894
• Test reports are submitted to clients as a standard practice
