Manufacturing Range:

• Round wires from 0.5 mm DIAM to 6.0 mm DIAM.
• Rectangular wires from 2.0 mm x 1.0 mm to 10.0 mm x 4.0 mm.
• Insulated copper strips from 2.0 mm x 0.8 mm to 20.0 mm x 4.0 mm.

All wires are manufactured as per IEC standard 60317-0-1 and tested for:

• Conductor diameter
• Enamel build up
• Elongation
• Flexibility and adherence
• Heat shock
• Breakdown voltage
• Pin hole test
• Solderability test
• Thermal class test
• Tangent delta test
